OUR PROCESS:

The first step is to schedule a consultation for your design or project below. Here, you will be asked a few questions about your project. This will give us a good idea of what to plan for at our first meeting.

At our consultation, Mike (project manager) will walk the property with you, talk through your work areas, and take pictures and measurements of existing conditions to use during the design and estimation process. If you choose to have a design created for your landscape an appointment will be created with Rebekah (designer). After meeting with our designer you will be presented with a design contract. This contract will outline the general scope of the design work and the cost of the design. Typically, the larger the area(s) the more the design will cost. Larger, master plan designs are separated into phases. Each phase is quoted and invoiced separately so you can stay within your design budget. Phase one will closely resemble a finished design but specific material selections are typically left out as project budget and aesthetics are determined. During the second phase, plant schedules are created, hardscape materials are chosen, scale and measurements are finalized, and an accurate proposal for the work is submitted.
